  4. The Company reserves the right to terminate this Agreement at any time for any reason by providing written notice to you. Termination may result from failure to comply with the terms of this Agreement or for any other valid reason.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company operates. Any disputes arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

Changes to Terms and Conditions
